1. Approve enclosed:

structure of central office of the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan;

the list of the companies and organizations which are part of the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan.

2. Establish the number of staff of employees of central office of the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan in number of 70 people.

3. Recognize invalid paragraphs the third and fourth Item 1 and Item 2 of the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 26 Baydak as 2001 No. 5103 "Questions of the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 2001, No. 2, the Art. 136).
