According to the Penitentiary code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "About the address of citizens", "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine", "About the status of deputies of local councils", "About pre-trial detention", "About the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 7, 2008 No. 109 "About first-priority measures concerning ensuring realization and guaranteeing constitutional right on the appeal to public authorities and local government bodies", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 1997 No. 348 "About approval of the Instruction on clerical work according to addresses of citizens in public authorities and local self-government, associations of citizens, at the companies, in organizations, the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, in mass media", for the purpose of enhancement in bodies, organizations of execution of punishments, pre-trial detention centers and educational institutions of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine of work concerning consideration of addresses of citizens and the organization of their personal acceptance I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens, their personal acceptance in bodies, organizations of execution of punishments, pre-trial detention centers and educational institutions of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine (further - the Instruction) which is applied.

2. To vice-chairmen, chiefs of territorial authorities of management of State department of Ukraine concerning execution of punishments (further - Department), organizations of execution of punishments, pre-trial detention centers, to heads of educational institutions of the Public criminal and executive service:

2.1. Provide studying and unconditional execution by subordinate personnel of the Law of Ukraine "About the address of citizens" and provisions of this Instruction.

2.2. Take measures concerning enhancement of work on questions of consideration of addresses of citizens and the organization of their personal acceptance.

3. To submit to administration of Department this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. Declare invalid the order of Department of 04.05.2002 No. 111 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens, their personal acceptance in bodies and organizations of execution of punishments" (with changes), registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.05.2002 for No. 455/6743, and to repeal the order of Department of 05.05.2004 No. 80 "About measures concerning ensuring execution of requirements of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 14.04.2004 No. 434/2004 in bodies, organizations and educational institutions of criminal executive system".

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on administration of Department.
