About approval of the Procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens in the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine

According to article 40 of the Constitution of Ukraine, Article 8 of the Penitentiary code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About addresses of citizens", article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About pre-trial detention", the Instruction on clerical work on addresses of citizens in public authorities and local self-government, associations of citizens, at the companies, in organizations, the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, in mass media of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 14, 1997 to No. 348 (with changes), the Technique of estimation of level of the organization of the work with addresses of citizens in executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 2009 No. 630, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens in the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of State department of Ukraine concerning execution of punishments of July 30, 2008 No. 208 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens, their personal acceptance in bodies, organizations of execution of punishments, pre-trial detention centers and educational institutions of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 03, 2008 for No. 1065/15756 (with changes).

3. To department of interaction with authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (N.O.'s Bull-trouts) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine Sidorenko S. M. and the department of organizational and analytical, documentary and legal support of the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine (Skokov S. I.).

Procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens in the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines requirements to the organization of consideration of addresses of citizens in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, its interregional managements concerning execution of criminal penalties and probation, authorized body concerning probation, organizations of execution of punishments, pre-trial detention centers and educational institutions of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine (further - bodies (organizations) of GUIS of Ukraine).

2. The procedure for submission of addresses by persons which contain in organizations of execution of punishments and pre-trial detention centers of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine is determined taking into account provisions of the Penitentiary code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About pre-trial detention".
