For the purpose of realization of provisions of Article 345 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 02.06. 2003, N 22, 2066) I order to the Art.:
1. Approve forms of the customs receipt (appendix 1), additional leaf to the customs receipt (appendix 2) and the Instruction about procedure for filling and use of the customs receipt (daleeinstruktion) (appendix 3).
2. Apply the customs receipt in cases of introduction of money into the account or in cash desk of customs authority as providing customs payment (cash pledge).
3. (A. L. Strakhov) together with the Head financial and economic department (A. V. Avdonin) to provide to head department of logistic support supply of customs authorities with forms of the customs receipt and additional leaf to the customs receipt.
4. To chiefs of customs authorities to carry out necessary preparatory work on accomplishment of this order, including carrying out training of officials of customs authorities and to provide forming of the automated database of customs receipts according to requirements of the Instruction.
5. To the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia A. A. Kaulbars to exercise control of execution of this order.
The order becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
