1.1. Rules of provision of permission (consent) to advertizing distribution (further - "Rules") are prepared according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing", the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing" of November 24, 1997 No. 644.
1.2. These rules establish procedure for provision of permission to placement of street (wall) advertizing in city and rural settlements, in other territories, provisions of consent to distribution of advertizing in strips of withdrawal or withdrawal (protection) of highways, on vehicles and mailings.
