1.1. sales being in property of the Republic of Belarus or in property of administrative and territorial units of shares (share in authorized funds) of economic societies at auction or for tender, ownership and the order which perform the State committee on property (further - the State Property Committee), local executive and administrative organs, including performed through Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange open joint stock company (further - JSC Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange);

1.2. sales of shares of open joint stock company by results of trust management;
