based on provisions of the Contract on creation of Economic union between state members of the Commonwealth and the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Moldova about production and scientific and technical cooperation of the companies of defense industries,

considering the developed technological bonds between the companies and the organizations of defense industries of the Parties,

recognizing crucial role of direct production interaction of business entities of the Parties in the conditions of the market relations,

relying on experience economic and sci-tech cooperation of the Parties in 1993,

agreed about the following:

Article 1

The parties will promote implementation of economic bonds between the companies, associations and the organizations on the basis of mutual advantage and non-admission of the actions causing mutual economic damage.

Article 2

The parties shall promote implementation of research and development works on the basis of joint target programs of the arms production, military equipment and civil products under contracts between business entities of the Parties on the terms of intergovernmental agreements and with preserving the operating economic bonds, the existing procedure for development, statement on production, delivery and testing of products at the companies of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova.
