1. Approve the Regulations on Intergovernmental council on questions of agro-industrial complex Commonwealths of Independent States provided by CIS Economic Council it (is applied) in the new edition, being integral part of the Agreement on interstate relations concerning agro-industrial complex of March 29, 1993.
2. Ask the governments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth to render assistance in work of Intergovernmental council on questions of agro-industrial complex of the CIS.
3. Declare invalid the Regulations on Intergovernmental council on questions of agro-industrial complex showing integral part of the Agreement on interstate relations concerning agro-industrial complex of March 29, 1993.
4. This Decision becomes effective from the moment of signing.
It is made in the city of Minsk on November 30, 2000 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
