Article 1

Mutual deliveries of arms, military equipment, military property, components and spare parts, the organization of repair and rendering military services (further - goods delivered under this agreement) are performed according to the approved lists and the signed agreements.

The specified lists containing lists of the manufacturers and organizations performing deliveries, and also the nomenclature and amounts of the delivered goods including technical documentation, annually (in the IV quarter of prior year) are approved by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the State committee of the Russian Federation on military and technical policy and the State committee of the Russian Federation on defense industries and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Ministry of mechanical engineering, military industrial complex and conversion of Ukraine, and also other authorized organizations, and affirm each Party.

Deliveries of arms and military equipment, military property, components and spare parts, repair and rendering military services, performance of works on field service and repair of arms and military equipment are made under contracts, including between the ordering managements of the Ministries of Defence, the companies of the industry and other authorized organizations, according to current legislations of the Parties.

Additional deliveries are performed according to free standing agreements of the Parties.
