According to requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About militia", "About traffic", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 1997 to No. 341 "About Regulations on the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" (with changes), of August 9, 2007 N 1036 "About some questions of reforming of system of the state technical inspection of wheel vehicles" and of July 9, 2008 No. 606 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out the state technical inspection of wheel vehicles" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure of control of technical condition of wheel vehicles during their operation (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. This Procedure becomes effective according to the legislation.
3. To chiefs of GUMVD, Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to organize work of divisions of the State traffic inspectorate on control of technical condition of wheel vehicles during their operation according to this Procedure.
