1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of customs auctions, sales of goods and vehicles on customs auctions, commodity exchanges or through trade enterprises, and also orders by separate types of goods which are not subject to realization it (is applied).
2. In Item 15 of the Procedure for the order the property seized by a court decision and transferred to bodies of the public executive service, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 11, 2002 No. 985 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 29, Art. 1371), to replace the word of "seven" with the word of "three".
3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with the Procedure approved by this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
