About approval of forms of the state act on the property right to the parcel of land and the state act on the right of permanent use of the parcel of land

According to Article 126 of the Land code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve forms of the state act on the property right to the parcel of land and the state act on the right of permanent use of the parcel of land which are applied.

To provide to the state committee on land resources production and preserving forms of the state act on the property right to the parcel of land and the state act on the right of permanent use of the parcel of land.

2. Determine that earlier issued state acts on the right of private property to the earth, the state acts on the property right to the earth, the state acts to the property right to the parcel of land and the state acts to the right of permanent use of the earth remain acting and are subject to replacement in case of the voluntary address of citizens or legal entities.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 24, 1999 N 440 "About procedure for submission of the statement (petition) for sale of the parcels of land of nonagricultural appointment and form of the state act on the property right to the earth" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, N 12, the Art. 479) regarding approval of form of the state act on the property right to the earth.
