About approval of Rules of issue of the work permit to foreign citizens and stateless persons which perform labor activity in the Republic of Tajikistan and sample of its form

According to article 16 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" and for the purpose of regulation of labor activity of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve Rules of issue of the work permit to foreign citizens and stateless persons which perform labor activity in the Republic of Tajikistan and sample of its form (appendices 1 and 2).

2. To migratory service of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- provide production of forms of work permits to foreign citizens and stateless persons for implementation of labor activity in the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of special means of Migratory service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- develop the staff list for implementation of this resolution and provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To provide to migratory service of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan issue of work permits to foreign citizens and stateless persons which perform labor activity in the Republic of Tajikistan.
