According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 10.02.2004 N 176/2004 "About Regulations on the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine", the Laws of Ukraine "About protection of the surrounding environment", "About fauna", "About hunting economy and hunting", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.11.2001 N 1520 "About approval of the Regulations on the State ecological inspection", of 07.09.93 N 706 "About procedure for sale, acquisition, registration, accounting and application of the special means of self-defense loaded with substances tear and irritant action", of 12.10.92 N 575 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use of firearms" and orders Minekoresursov of Ukraine of 11.08.2000 N 108 "About approval of the Regulations on public administration of ecology and natural resources in areas,   the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 13.09.2000 for N 602/4823 (with changes and amendments), The Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of 21.08.98 N 622 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for production, acquisition, storage, accounting, transportation and use of fire, pneumatic and cold weapon, devices of national production for shooting of the cartridges equipped with throwing shells of nonlethal action, rubber or similar on the properties, and the specified cartridges, and also ammunition to weapon and explosive materials", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 07.10.98 for N 637/3077 (with changes and amendments), I ORDER:

1. Approve Vida and regulation of providing with firearms, devices of national production for shooting of the cartridges equipped with throwing shells of nonlethal action, rubber or similar on the properties, and (are applied) by special means of the state inspectors on protection of the surrounding environment.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for acquisition, storage, accounting, transportation, use and use of firearms, ammunition to weapon, devices of national production for shooting of the cartridges equipped with throwing shells of nonlethal action, rubber or similar on the properties, and the specified cartridges, and also special means by the state inspectors on protection of the surrounding environment of the bodies falling within the scope of management of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine it (is applied).

3. State ecological inspection (G. Puga):

provide provision of the order on state registration in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

after registration of the order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide its replication and mailing to bodies of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine.

4. To the state ecological inspection, Republican committee of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on protection of the surrounding environment, the State ecological inspections in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, the State ecological inspectorate for environmental protection of the Northwest region of the Black Sea, the State Azovo-Chernomorsky ecological inspection, the State ecological inspection of the Sea of Azov (further - bodies of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources) to fulfill requirements of the above-mentioned Instruction.

5. Cancel the Instruction about procedure for acquisition, storage, accounting, transportation, carrying and use of firearms, ammunition and special means of self-defense by inspectors of the State ecological inspection of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine approved by the Minister of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of 30.11.93 and approved with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine 03.12.93.

6. To impose control of execution of the order on the chief of the State ecological inspection G. Pugu.
