Provision of the free economic zone of "SUGD"

1. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About free economic zones in the Republic of Tajikistan" and the Regulations on free economic zones in the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the Resolution of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 5, 2005 No. 191, and Sugd determines organizational, legal and economic basis of activities of the free economic zone of production and innovative type of the Free economic zone (further - SEZ "Sugd").

2. Main objectives of creation of SEZ "Sugd":

- stimulation of development of economic capacity of the Republic of Tajikistan, including by attraction of foreign and domestic investments implementation of the best practices of management and management;
