Provision of the free economic zone "Panch"

1. General provisions

SEZ "Panch" has the independent budget created at the expense of own income and other payments established by Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on representation of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and performed by the legal entities and physical persons registered in its territory.

The independent budget of the free economic zone is approved with authorized state financial body.

10. Governing body in the territory of SEZ "Panch" is the Administration of SEZ "Panch" (further - Administration of SEZ).
