About some questions of export of separate goods
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In change of the operating procedure for sales of goods to resolve legal entities and individual entrepreneurs delivery to export occurring from the territory of the Republic of Belarus food and nonfoods without the conclusion of transactions at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company according to appendix.
Information on the bargains concluded out of the exchange biddings according to this resolution is submitted in "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company within a month from the date of their conclusion in the form approved by the Ministry of Trade.
2. This resolution becomes effective since December 8, 2008.
