Based on Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2008 "About documentation of the population of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 294
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for introduction and cancellation by the bodies registering acts of civil status, marks in identity documents it (is applied).
2. To head departments of justice regional, Minsk city executive committees:
take measures for ensuring production of stamps for introduction of marks according to the forms approved by this resolution;
perform other measures necessary for the organization of work of the bodies registering acts of civil status according to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since December 12, 2008.
