About establishment of the list of the capital processing equipment for the production of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol which is subject to state registration

Based on part three of Item 1 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish the list of the capital processing equipment for the production of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol which is subject to state registration according to appendix.

2. To the legal entities performing production of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol to register no later than July 1, 2009 the capital processing equipment for production of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol which was not subject to state registration before entry into force of this resolution.

3. Registration numbers are applied on the capital processing equipment for production of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol which underwent state registration, the method accepted in the organization.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 212, 2/1526).
