The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia (further - the Parties)
for the purpose of implementation of the Agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Culture and for youth of the Republic of Armenia in the field of culture, signed in Yerevan on October 17, 2003,
agreed as follows.
The parties agreed to carry out Culture Days of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Armenia in 2009 and Culture Days of the Republic of Armenia in the Republic of Belarus in 2010. Conditions and specific terms of carrying out Culture Days will be coordinated by the Parties in addition routinely.
The parties will organize performances of the Belarusian ensemble of national song and dance and exhibition of the Belarusian national suit in Armenia, and also Sergey Paradzhanov's exhibition in Minsk in 2008.
The parties will hold exchange tours of theaters of Belarus and Armenia (on one theater from each of the Parties) during action of the Program.
The parties will spend Days of the Belarusian cinema in Armenia in 2009 and Days of the Armenian cinema in Belarus in 2010. Conditions and terms of Days of cinema will be coordinated by the Parties in addition routinely.
The parties will promote exchange of theatrical performances and actors of the opera and ballet, and also participation of representatives of the countries in the musical and theater festivals held in the territory of other country.
The Armenian Side will promote participation of representatives of the Belarusian Side in the following events:
Tender of vocalists of Goar Gasparyan (Yerevan, annually);
