1. Approve:

The instruction about interaction of officials of customs authorities who perform customs procedures with goods (loads) moved with railway cargo trains and workers of the railroads of Ukraine (is attached);

The instruction about interaction of officials of customs authorities who perform customs procedure with the baggage and cargo baggage moved in luggage cars and workers of the railroads of Ukraine (is attached).

2. To chiefs of regional customs, customs, Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine (Melnichuk V. O.):

2.1. In three-months time from the date of official publication of this order to provide reduction in compliance to the specified instructions of the existing instructions (technological schemes) about interaction of officials of the customs authorities performing customs procedure with goods (loads) which are transported by rail transport, and workers of the railroads of Ukraine, taking into account features of the modes of functioning of check points (control Items) through frontier of Ukraine for railway service and stations.

2.2. Inform officials of subordinate customs authorities and workers of the railroad of requirements of instructions and to provide their accomplishment.

3. To department of customs control at check points (Serbaylo A. I.) and to Legal department (Babyuk V. L.) The State Customs Service of Ukraine to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. Determine that this order becomes effective in 45 days after its official publication.

5. Consider invalid:

the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of 30.03.2001 N 231/174 "About approval of the Order of interaction of customs and the railroads of Ukraine when moving through customs border of goods and other objects in cargo railway trains", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.04.2001 for N 360/5551 (with changes).

6. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Fedorov O. O. and the deputy minister of transport and communication of Ukraine Urbansky I. A.
