4. To department of information technologies and customs statistics (Koposov S.A.) finish the software taking into account requirements of this order.
5. To chiefs of customs authorities to bring this order to permission of legal entities and physical persons.
6. Determine that this order becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
7. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Fedorov O. O.
