About approval of the document form for provision of non-interest loans

On accomplishment of Item 10 of the Procedure for provision in 2008 I ORDER to local executive bodies and local government bodies of non-interest loans and their repayment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 19, 2008 N 1018,:

1. Approve enclosed:

form of the standard agreement of provision of non-interest loan;

the application form on receipt of non-interest loan;

form of the register of the amounts of non-interest loans by local budgets;

order form to the State Treasury of Ukraine concerning provision of non-interest loan.

2. To the State Treasury of Ukraine (Slyuz T. Ya.) prove this order to permission of head departments of the State Treasury in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

3. (Karp G. V.) to provide to department of local budgets:

finishing this order to local executive bodies and local government bodies;

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
