About approval of the Provision "About Medico-social Commissions of Experts"
For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 5, 1997 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social protection of disabled people" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 595:
1. Approve "Provision on medico-social commissions of experts" it (is applied).
2. Charge to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic:
- create medico-social commissions of experts based on the territorial principle, determine their number and dislocation;
- prepare and approve the instruction about structure, the staff list and job responsibilities of workers of medico-social commissions of experts of primary and highest links;
- approve the report forms used in work of medico-social commissions of experts, having approved them with the State Committee of statistics of the Azerbaijan Republic.
3. Financing of medico-social commissions of experts is performed within the funds allocated in centralized expenses of the government budget to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic.
4. Transfer the available working rooms, the equipment and accessories of medical labor commissions of experts to the order of medico-social commissions of experts. Charge to executive bodies of areas (cities) in which the bases for medico-social commissions of experts are placed, to provide allocation of additional working rooms for activities of the commissions.
5. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic to provide implementation of the relevant activities following from this Resolution.
