About import of beef, pork and fowl in 2006 - 2009
For the purpose of providing conditions for stable development of the Russian production of beef, pork and fowl in 2006 - 2009 the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the inventory and amounts of their import to the Russian Federation in 2006 - 2009 according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation annually in accordance with the established procedure to submit for approval in the Government of the Russian Federation of rate of import customs duties on the period of 2006 - 2009 in limits according to the appendix N 2.
3. To the Federal Customs Service to perform customs clearance of the goods specified in the appendix N 1 to this resolution imported in 2006 - 2009 according to customs regime of release for internal consumption based on the licenses granted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure.
4. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to perform:
