About collection for driving of the vehicles registered in the territory of foreign states through highways of the Russian Federation

According to article 45 of the Federal law "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed list of foreign states concerning which carriers collection for use of highways of the Russian Federation is entered (further - the list).

2. Determine that collection from foreign carriers for use of highways of the Russian Federation (further - collection) is levied from the cargo vehicles having the permitted maximum weight over 3,5 of tons and to 12 tons inclusive registered in the territory of the states specified in the list.

3. Establish the amount of collection according to the appendix N 1.

4. Collection is levied by Federal Highway Agency and shall be paid by foreign carrier no later than days from the moment of entrance of the vehicle of foreign carrier on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The document confirming collection payment is the receipt on payment of the corresponding amount.

If exceeding of the paid term of finding of the vehicle in the territory of the Russian Federation is supposed, additional payment shall be made at least one day before the expiration of the paid term.

The paid stay term in the territory of the Russian Federation does not depend on the number of crossings of frontier of the Russian Federation.

5. Control of payment of collection is exercised in the places and procedure established by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 1998 N 1272 "About the state control of implementation of the international motor transportations".
