1. Establish the term of cancellation of tariff withdrawals from free trade regime with Ukraine on white sugar (code of the CN FEA EEU 1701 99 100) - on January 1, 2013.
2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation to perform the analysis of situation in the Russian market of sugar and if necessary to introduce till November 1, 2012 in the Government of the Russian Federation offers on change of term of cancellation of tariff withdrawals from free trade regime with Ukraine on white sugar.
3. Monthly to represent to the Federal Customs Service to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation data on import to the Russian Federation from Ukraine of goods according to appendix.
4. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on analysis results of the data presented by the Federal Customs Service of situation at the Russian commodity market and taking into account international treaties between the Russian Federation and Ukraine to introduce in need of the Government of the Russian Federation offers on measures of customs and tariff regulation of import in the Russian Federation from Ukraine of the goods specified in appendix to this resolution.
