About streamlining of sales of goods, works and services by subjects of natural monopolies to the consumers who are subject to obligatory servicing

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About natural monopolies", for the purpose of determination of the consumers who are subject to obligatory servicing by subjects of natural monopolies, and procedure for realization of goods by it of works and the services Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

the list of the consumers who are subject to obligatory servicing by subjects of natural monopolies according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for sales of goods, works and services by subjects of natural monopolies to the consumers who are subject to obligatory servicing according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the state committee on demonopolization, support of the competition and entrepreneurship together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other interested ministries, departments and bodies of economic board to make offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shaismatova E. R. and Hanova N. M.

1. In the field of electric utility service:

divisions of National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

divisions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

divisions of Service of state security of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
