About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and amounts of quotas in 2009

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve for 2009:

total amounts of quotas of goods which export is subject to licensing, according to appendix 1;

the inventory which export and import is subject to licensing, according to appendix 2;

the list of ozone-depleting substances which export and import is subject to licensing, according to appendix 3;

the list of products which may contain ozone-depleting substances and export and which import is subject to licensing (except products which are transported in containers with personal property), according to appendix 4;

the list of the countries - the parties of the Montreal protocol export/import of ozone-depleting substances in/from which it is allowed according to appendix 5;

the list of products (semifinished products) with use of the alloyed ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, products with use of such metals which export is subject to licensing, according to appendix 6;

the inventory which import from the Republic of Macedonia is subject to licensing within the tariff quota according to provisions of the Free-trade agreement between Ukraine and the Republic of Macedonia, according to appendix 7;

the inventory which export is subject to licensing, according to appendix 8;

the inventory which import is subject to licensing, according to appendix 9.

2. Determine that:

the export licenses which are not used in 2008 by subjects of business activity and commodity import, determined in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2007 N 1411 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and amounts of quotas in 2008" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, N 1, Art. 11), are valid till March 1, 2009 if another is not provided by the corresponding international treaties;

according to part of the thirtieth article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" for customs clearance of goods which are loaded with pile and transactions on export (import) of which are subject to licensing, the limiting difference of the actual value of their cost, quantity or weight cannot exceed 5 percent of the value fixed in the corresponding license.

3. Take into consideration that according to the Montreal protocol of rather ozone-depleting substances export and import of the substances determined in appendices 3 and 4 and products which may contain ozone-depleting substances is performed only in/from the countries which are noted in appendix 5.

4. To the Ministry of Economics:

provide export licensing and commodity import, determined in appendices;

inform monthly the State Customs Service on issue to subjects of foreign economic activity of export licenses and commodity import which are subject to licensing and on which quotas are established.

5. The State Customs Service submit monthly to the Ministry of Economics information on amounts of the export performed by subjects of foreign economic activity and the commodity import determined in appendix.

6. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
