About approval of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and the Concept of functioning of bank system of Ukraine during the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 18.06.2003 No. 261, for the purpose of ensuring conducting financial accounting in the conditions of the special period, recovery of financial accounting in case of violation of continuity of its maintaining and creation of the financial reporting in banks of Ukraine in the conditions of the special period Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for conducting financial accounting in banks of Ukraine during the special period and recoveries of financial accounting in banks of Ukraine in case of violation of continuity of its maintaining (further the Provision) (for office use).
2. Approve Rules of creation of the financial reporting by banks of Ukraine in the conditions of the special period (further - Rules) which are attached.
3. In case of transfer of bank system into functioning in the conditions of the special period and during recovery of financial accounting in case of violation of continuity of its maintaining banks of Ukraine shall perform conducting financial accounting according to the Provision and constitute the financial reporting according to Rules.
