1. Approve the Procedure for confirmation of the fact of loss by the taxpayer of insured property it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.

Procedure for confirmation of the fact of loss by the taxpayer of insured property

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of confirmation of the fact of loss by the taxpayer of the insured property belonging to it on the property rights (further - property) owing to plunder, destruction or recognition of property unsuitable for use in the presence of force majeure circumstances or owing to its forced replacement by other bases.

2. The taxpayer addresses no later than the insurance of term of representation to the insurer of the statement for loss occurrence determined by terms of the contract with the written application for confirmation of the fact of inventory loss:

owing to its stealing - in law-enforcement body;

owing to destruction or recognition unsuitable for use in the presence of force majeure circumstances - in territorial authority or division of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the place of permanent or temporary placement (storage, use) property;
