For the purpose of ordering of maintaining by insurers of the personified (individual) accounting of life insurance contracts and according to Item 17 parts one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine (further - Gosfinuslug) DECIDED:
1. Approve Requirements concerning the software and special technical equipment for conducting by insurers the personified (individual) accounting of life insurance contracts who are applied.
2. Approve Changes to the Regulations on procedure and conditions of maintaining by insurers of the personified (individual) accounting of life insurance contracts approved by the order of Gosfinuslug of 28.12.2004 of N 3197, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 09.02.2005 for N 194/10474, which are applied.
3. To provide to department of state regulation and market development of financial services and Legal department provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To management of organizational and analytical ensuring work of the head (Shevchenko T. M.) provide publication of this order in mass media after its state registration.
