About approval of Rules of registration and operation of own goods wagons

According to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 27.08.2004 of N 1009, and article 5 of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.04.98 N 457 (with changes and amendments), I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of registration and operation of own goods wagons (further - Rules) which are attached.

2. Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine (Fedyushin Yu. M.):

2.1. Submit this order in accordance with the established procedure to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

2.2. Bring the specified Rules to permission of workers of the railroads, the companies, organizations, freight forwarders and citizens who use services of rail transport.

2.3. Organize studying by involved workers of the railroads of these Rules, accept them to management and provide accomplishment.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

Rules of registration and operation of own goods wagons

1. General provisions

1.1 These rules regulate order of registration and operation of own goods wagons on rail transport public.

Rules are obligatory in case of transportation of goods by the cars which are in property of operators, companies, organizations, organizations, citizens - subjects of business activity who lease them from other owners or whom they own based on the agreement of management of property, cooperation agreement and so forth, and also cars which are on balance state car the company.
