About approval of Service regulations of own goods wagons

According to article 5 of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1998 No. 457, for the purpose of improvement of the organization of operation of own goods wagons on rail transport public I order:

1. Approve Service regulations of own goods wagons which are attached.

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of September 28, 2004 No. 856 "About approval of Rules of registration and operation of own goods wagons", No. 1316/9915 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 15, 2004.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
