About approval of the Instruction about application of forms of commodity-transport delivery notes on movement of ethyl alcohol, high-octane oxygen-containing impurity and alcoholic beverages, forms of commodity-transport delivery notes on movement of ethyl alcohol, high-octane oxygen-containing impurity and alcoholic beverages

(as amended of the Order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of 02.09.2013 No. 657)

According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 09.02.2004 No. 175 "About system of actions for elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting criminal manifestations and corruption" the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.06.2004 No. 786 "About modification of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 1993" and for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory framework of industry of transport and its reduction in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine I ORDER to No. 283:

1. Approve:

1.1. The instruction about application of forms of commodity-transport delivery notes on movement of ethyl alcohol, high-octane oxygen-containing impurity and alcoholic beverages (is attached).

1.2. Forms of commodity-transport delivery notes on movement of ethyl alcohol, high-octane oxygen-containing impurity and alcoholic beverages, namely:

commodity-transport delivery note on movement of ethyl alcohol, form No. 1-TH/alcohol/;

commodity-transport delivery note on movement of high-octane oxygen-containing impurity, cd form No. 1-TH/in/;

commodity-transport delivery note on movement of alcoholic beverages, form No. 1-TH/alcoholic drinks/.

2. To heads of the companies, organizations and organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership:

2.1. Apply in work the Instruction about application of forms of commodity-transport delivery notes on movement of ethyl alcohol, high-octane oxygen-containing impurity and alcoholic beverages after introduction of the above-stated delivery notes of new sample.
