In pursuance of Item 8 of the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 25.09.2008 N 1045 "About approval of the Procedure for display of data on surcharge (return) of the amounts of customs payments and the modified actual data on the goods which became known after the termination of customs clearance, and introduction of amendments to some orders of the State Customs Service of Ukraine" and taking into account the Law of Ukraine of 21.12.2000 N 2181-III "About procedure for repayment of obligations of taxpayers to budgets and the state trust funds", I ORDER:
1. Approve the Qualifier of types of penalties and the Qualifier of the bases of implementation of surcharge (return) of the amounts of customs payments which are applied.
2. Bring in the Procedure maintaining departmental qualifiers concerning customs statistics which are used in the course of execution of customs declarations, approved by the order of State Customs Service of 12.12.07 of N 1048, such changes:
2.1. Add Chapter 1 after Item 1.2 with new Item of such content:
"1.3. Departmental qualifiers of types of penalties and the bases of implementation of surcharge (return) of the amounts of customs payments are used according to provisions of the Procedure for display of data on surcharge (return) of the amounts of customs payments and the modified actual data on the goods which became known after the termination of the customs clearance approved by the order of State Customs Service of 25.09.08 of N 1045, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.12.08 for N 1148/15839".
