Article 1

Development, production, repair, delivery and mutual providing armed forces of the Parties with arms, military equipment, industrial goods and other appliances, including for the benefit of rear and other types of providing, and also their accumulating are performed according to the plans of orders and deliveries of military products approved between the Parties at the expense of defense budgets of the Parties with preserving and development of the production and economic relations.

Article 2

Guarantees on quality of arms, the military equipment and property made by the companies of the Parties are established by their contractual commitments. Presence of the customer representative at manufacturer can be provided in the agreement. The delivered goods shall conform to the existing standards. The supplier (manufacturer, repair shop) performs technical supply and guarantee maintenance of delivered goods, including and earlier delivered, during effective period of warranty obligations according to agreements.

Article 3

The parties are guided by the existing normative and technical documents on development, production, deliveries, standardization and unification extending to arms and military equipment.
