3. Determine that this order is applied from the date of entry into force of the Customs code of Ukraine.
4. To administration to bring this order to customs authorities after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman of Service Ivanyuk M. M.
