1. Approve the Concept of state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of ensuring information security and the Comprehensive plan of actions for implementation of the Concept of state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of ensuring information security for the period from 2008 to 2010 (are applied).
2. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from date of delivery to depositary of the adequate notice.
It is made in the city of Bishkek on October 10, 2008 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
