About training of specialists on international arbitration

For the purpose of realization of the tasks set by the National program "The Strategy of Economic, Political and Cultural Development of Turkmenistan for the Period till 2020", and training of highly qualified specialists in international arbitration I decide protection of economic interests of the country in the relations with foreign states:

1. Open from 1 Rukhnam 2006 under the Ministry адалат Turkmenistan rates on training of specialists on international arbitration (rates are referred to as) within the total number of employees of bodies адалат Turkmenistan, with annual acceptance of listeners no more than 20 people.

2. To send to the ministries, departments, banks and other state bodies of Turkmenistan for training at rates of the corresponding specialists.

3. Approve the enclosed Regulations on rates on training of specialists on international arbitration under the Ministry адалат Turkmenistan.

4. Determine that:

The ministry адалат Turkmenistan accepts on rates of listeners on paid basis according to requests of the ministries, departments, banks, other state bodies of Turkmenistan, non-state structures, and also according to petitions from citizens;

funds for training at rates are allocated for the off-budget account of the Ministry адалат Turkmenistan, with their subsequent use for the organization of educational process;

students have 6-month training according to appropriate programs and the curriculum;

upon termination of theoretical preparation listeners go to training abroad, with payment of training of specialists of state bodies at the expense of means of these bodies, and other listeners - at the expense of their own means.

5. To the ministry адалат Turkmenistan together with the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan to 1 Alp Arslan 2006 to prepare training programs on the corresponding disciplines and to constitute the curriculum.
