About registration of the religious organizations

According to the Law of Turkmenistan "About religious liberty and the religious organizations" I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of registration of the religious organizations.

2. Establish the following amount of the registration fee levied for registration of the religious organizations extending the activities:

on all territory of Turkmenistan - the tenfold size of basic size;

on the territory of the welayat, Ashgabat - the eightfold size of basic size;

on the territory both, the cities, the etrap in the city, the etrap - the sixfold size of basic size.

For re-registration of earlier registered religious organizations and registration of subsequent changes and amendments of their charters the registration fee is levied in the amount of 50 percent from the amount of the collection paid for registration of the religious organizations.

For issue of duplicates of the charter, registration certificate of the religious organization 30 percent of the amount of the collection paid in case of registration are levied.

3. The amount of the collectable registration fees is in accordance with the established procedure credited in the income of the Government budget of Turkmenistan.

4. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to allocate financial resources for production by request of the Ministry адалат Turkmenistan of forms of registration certificates of the religious organizations.

5. Recognize invalid:
