Regulations on kazyeta of officer honor

TASKS KAZYETOV OF OFFICER HONOUR AND PROCEDURE FOR THEIR ORGANIZATION

1. Kazyeta of officer honor are elected bodies in Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, border troops of the Public, border service of Turkmenistan, in internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, troops and bodies of the Ministry of homeland security of Turkmenistan, other ministries and departments in which the law provides military service (other troops hereinafter are referred to as further), and act on the basis of the this provision. They are designed to protect honor and advantage of officers, to give active help to commanders (chiefs) in education of officers in the spirit of strict and exact observance of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the laws of Turkmenistan, acts of the President of Turkmenistan, other regulatory legal acts, the Military oath, army regulations and orders, to promote unity of officer collectives, creation in them of situation, intolerance to violators of military discipline, moral standards and morality.

Kazyeta of officer honor are invested by trust of officer collectives, express their will and are responsible before them.

2. Management kazyety officer honor is performed by the commander (chief) of part, connection, organization, institution in whom he is created.

The commander (chief) takes measures for rendering the daily help to kazyet and creation of proper conditions for its work, will organize study of his members.

3. Kazyeta of officer honor are created:
