2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on class ranks of employees of bodies адалат Turkmenistan.

3. Establish the amount of surcharges to official pay rates of employees of bodies адалат Turkmenistan for class ranks according to appendix No. 2.

To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to provide allocation to the Ministry адалат Turkmenistan of assignments from the Centralized budget of Turkmenistan for the specified purposes.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 20 Sandzhar 2003 No. 6453 "About establishment of class ranks for employees of bodies адалат Turkmenistan".
