Recognize invalid the Instruction about the procedure of forming, distribution and archiving of the official rate of Moldovan leu approved by the Decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 399 of December 23, 1999. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 1-4, 8), with subsequent changes and amendments.
