1. Approve the Procedure for the organization and conducting checks of subjects of housekeeping concerning observance of requirements of the nature protection legislation which is applied.
2. (Kostrov M. M.) to provide to the state ecological inspection provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice in accordance with the established procedure.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister - the Chief state inspector of Ukraine on protection of the surrounding environment Trigubenko S. M.
