About approval of the Regulations on procedure for obtaining, storage, control and accounting of the control (latent) brands and approval of the inventory which are subject to marking by control (latent) brands

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for obtaining, storage, control and accounting of control (latent) brands.

2. Approve the enclosed draft of the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the inventory, subject to obligatory marking by control (latent) brands" and to submit it for approval in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Appoint the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, the chairman of the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees and the chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic official representatives of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to consideration of the specified draft of the resolution by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, local public administrations and local government bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
