About some questions of state registration of subjects of managing

According to Item 22 of the Regulations on state registration of subjects of the managing approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1 "About state registration and liquidation (the activities termination) of subjects of managing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed forms:

1.1. certificates on state registration of the legal entity;

1.2. certificates on state registration of the individual entrepreneur.

2. Determine that the certificate on state registration of the legal entity and the certificate on state registration of the individual entrepreneur (further - certificates) are signed by the authorized employee of registering body, are certified by impress of a seal for assurance of the certificates and other documents issued to the subject of managing by results of state registration and are forms of documents with certain degree of protection.

3. Issue of certificates in the form approved by this resolution is performed after expenditure of forms of the certificates made before adoption of this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Finance, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom annually when forming the republican budget for the next financial year to provide allocation to registering bodies of money on production of forms of certificates.

5. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 1999 No. 550 "About some questions of state registration and liquidation (activities termination) of subjects of managing" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 35, 5/689).

6. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2009.
