Based on part thirteen of Article 24 and part four of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2022 "About the rights of disabled people and their social integration" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 183-Z

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for financing and compensation of costs for creation and jobs preservation, including specialized, for employment of disabled people (are applied);

Regulations on procedure for the organization and financing of actions for adaptation to labor activity of disabled people (are applied).

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since February 5, 2009.
