1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for approval of names of commercial and non-profit organizations.
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 2, 2009.

1. This Provision determines procedure for approval of names of commercial and non-profit organizations (further - legal entities).
2. For review of names of legal entities (further - approval of the name) can address to registering bodies if other is not established by this Provision, the following applicants:
concerning the legal entities created by the owner of property (founder) (further - the founder) - physical person, - physical person or his representative who is acting on the basis of the power of attorney;
concerning the legal entities created by the founder - the legal entity, the head of this legal entity or the other person authorized according to the constituent document or power of attorney to act on behalf of this legal entity;
concerning the acting legal entities - the head of this legal entity or the other person authorized according to the constituent document or power of attorney to act on behalf of this legal entity.
