Since January 1, 2009 to increase established posts of the State agency of social insurance and pensions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan by 70 units and to make expenses on their content within the means provided for content of the Agency.

3. Rules of payment of means of pension accruals from individual personal accounts of insured persons to enact since July 1, 2009.

4. Of March 3, 2007 No. 103 "About the State agency of social insurance and pensions" to make the following changes and additions to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- in Item 2 of the resolution to replace figure "320" with figure "390".

To add structure of central office of the State agency of social insurance and pensions with the paragraph of the following content:

- "Management of appointment and payment of individual pension accruals".
